Snow and puppies!

The boss returned from Juneau on Saturday, and brought 4 inches of snow and 4 sled dog puppies. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!

What lens are you using for these photos? I love the depth of field drop-off on the puppy photos.
Netflix and snowshoes! Hopefully Netflix releases their Mac Instant Play client soon, so I have one less reason to boot into Windows.
For all the shots except the close-up of the pup with crazy eyes, I used a 17-55, at f/4. The close-up is with the 105, at f/5.
Those are awesome shots with just that regular 17-55 then. I’m amazed at their crispness and at their shallow depth.
