The Nutcracker was very good! Skippy and I are happy we’re living in an area that values art so highly!
Apparently, the moon is at its closest position to Earth since 1993. I fitted my 2x teleconverter to the 500mm lens, set up the tripod, and tried to focus as best I could. Here’s the result:
