Hey thanks alot for doing this for everyone.
i recently bought CP1215 couldn’t get it to work at tell i found this page.
I got it work but now it only print black and white. and it doesn’t show any
thing in the utility either to change it to color.
you see ( General, Driver, and Supply Level ) and supply level area is blank. general doesn’t show much but the name of the printer.

@Polina Gilad What model of printer do you have? This guide covers the Color LaserJet CP1215, which doesn't have a scanner.

Hi Ryan,
Thank you very much for this great guide.
I only have one big problem, my computer won’t detect the scanner for some reason… the printer part is working great, but now the scanner.
Do you have any idea how I can make it work?

@Don Richards Nope, you just sign up for the free access account, no need to pay for a developer account. @cristian Excellent, I'll update the tutorial to account for the missed step.
