<a href="#comment-674" rel="nofollow">@T</a>

I have an Epson R2880. Same problem, tried all the solution here and the only thing that is working for me is what T suggested: "“pause printing” when you get the error message. Then wait for the printer to stop making noises (the printer seems to reset the paper at this point). Then click “resume printing” without doing anything."

Thanks all

I have a need to load 6 inch wide canvas ...we constructed an external roll holder that sits behind the printer, there is no "binding" of the canvas roll, it works perfectly, but I can't get the user defined setting to go any smaller than 8.5 wide.
without having to cut each length of canvas and feeding from the tray, does anyone have any suggestions? thanks

Ryan and Jeff's solutions does appear to work. Thanks everyone for your counsel. It's a shame though. These printers (AND the paper) are way to expensive for this kind of nonsense.
